Hi Sonja,
To answer your question over on my blog, yes I have done some book reviews. So far, though, I’ve only done the formal book reviews that I’ve linked to in my side-bar under “My Book Reviews”. They were for a website called “Curled Up With a Good Book”. I just sent off another one yesterday, but they give me the books that I select from a list, so at least I get to have a choice, even if they aren’t ones I’d necessarily choose at the book store. I’m currently reading David Sedaris’ latest book of essays and thoroughly enjoying it – I think he’s brilliant. Kind of what I aspire to be.
Anyway, I spend so much time writing on my blog and my own stories, not to mention my day job, that I haven’t really dedicated any time to doing book reviews on my blog (plus they wouldn’t exactly fit the funny theme I’m going for on the blog). I don’t know if we have the same taste in books yet. I looked at your favorite books list and I haven’t heard of some them, do you enjoy a particular genre? I tend to go for literary mainstream (as opposed to a specific genre) and some non fiction. I really like Christopher Moore and Tom Robbins. I like that smart dark humor.
Thank you for stopping by my blog and I shall look forward to reading your book reviews. I should have put all this in an email or something to you, but I couldn’t find a link.

Dear Sonja,
Hello. My name is Seth. My soulmate Audrey passed away from breast cancer last year, she was 34 years old. In her memory, I’ve analyzed a panoply of “alternative” cancer treatments, to determine their effectiveness. You can visit my “Beat Cancer” project here: http://ideablob.com/ideas/2684-Beat-Cancer
If you can find it in your heart to vote for my idea, I would sincerely appreciate it. Whoever gets the most votes by July 31 will win a $10,000 grant to advance their project, so I’m reaching out to bloggers in the hope they can help me spread the word. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Seth Aronson
